纳米能源材料与器件团队

一、团队简介 

 项目负责人:杨光成,团队目前有职工7人,博士3人(其中具有1年以上海外研究经历的博士2人),研究生4人。与日本AIST研究所、澳大利亚Monash大学、香港城市大学等单位建立了良好的学术交流、人才培养的合作关系,与用户航天科技692、航天科工8610等单位已经就一些应用关键技术开展合作攻关。

二、研究领域 

 本项目围绕国家能源新材料战略需求,着力解决信息产业、空间技术用特种高功率能源的瓶颈问题,结合团队在纳米材料与器件方面的基础,研究高能量密度纳米体系的设计方法,纳米材料微结构组装规律,微尺度下能量释放、传递与耗损机制,微器件的集成工艺等。形成可用于芯片意外条件下自毁、微卫星调姿、微储能、微能量转换与放大的功能器件。

三、承担课题 

 随着团队科研进展的稳步提升,相关研究获得了国家、四川省、中物院和化工材料所的大力支持。近年来,团队共获得国家自然基金4项(面上基金2项,青年基金2项),863项目子课题1项,军工配套项目、院重点基金、四川省杰出青年学术带头培育基金、高新装备创新基金、双百人才基金以及化工材料研究所创新基金等各类项目十余项,经费近1000万元,有力地保障团队科研工作的顺利进行。

四、科研资源 

 目前本课题组具备纳米能源材料与器件制备能力(多功能磁控溅射仪、高真空蒸发镀膜仪、静电纺丝设备)及若干性能表征设备(bio-logic双通道电化学工作站、TG/DSC联用热分析仪、扫描电子显微镜、原子力显微镜、高性能计算服务器)。
